I Forgive Myself

I forgive myself for all I have done

All that was done to me by someone

I have felt shame and guilt in abundance

I have sought out sufferance

To alleviate the hurt and pain of all

I was mistaken in believing it is my role

But now I know that my liberation

Will only come when I have self-adoration
